Collaborative Alliance provides a state-of-the-art environment for its tenants to office within. Amenities featured in the office suite and available for use by all tenants include:
- Welcoming, Spacious Reception Area
Our reception area is designed to help every visitor feel welcome from the moment the elevator doors open until the time they are personally greeted and comfortably seated. Our beautiful sun lit reception area features floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, patio seating (weather permitting) and a calming water feature to help each visitor know that they have truly arrived at the right place.
- Attractive Conference Rooms and state of the art technology to meet all of our professionals needs
Whether they are meeting with two people or hosting a forty person training, all professionals in the Collaborative Alliance community have access to a wide variety of warm and inviting conference rooms to meet virtually any need, including the following:
Bonsai Room: The Bonsai Room is ideal for meetings of four to eight people, featuring floor to ceiling windows facing the Minneapolis skyline, a beautiful oak table and a projector and drop down screen. (Click here for pictures.)
Bamboo A and Bamboo B: Our two Bamboo conference rooms feature floor to ceiling windows on two sides, large flat-screen TV’s with full technology and white board wall. This space has a movable wall that allows us to adapt the space to comfortably host meetings from four to twenty people. (Click here for pictures.)
Hearth Room. The Hearth room has an indoor fireplace, comfortable seating for up to 8 people, a 42-inch screen and full technology. (Click here for pictures). .
Building Training Room. All of our tenants are also entitled to full use of the building training room which supports meetings and conferences for up to forty people and full technology.
- Additional Amenities:
Stu Webb Serenity Space. Our Serenity Space is a small inner office for professionals and clients to enjoy quiet reflection, mediation or prayer.
Client Resource Center: Our client resource center, located just behind the reception desk provides an additional comfortable meeting space for two people for brief caucuses and breaks from larger meetings. It also provides information regarding professional services provided within the space.
Two Patio Spaces: We have exclusive access to a full patio on the 5th floor and shared access to a patio on the 6th floor. These spaces allow our professionals as well as our clients step into the fresh air (weather providing) and to enjoy a relaxing break in the sunshine (or in the shade) without leaving the office.
Gathering/Eating Areas: Our 5th floor break room provides a friendly, comfortable atmosphere for our tenants to gather for meals, camaraderie or sharing ideas. The Break room features a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, icemaker, filtered water on tap, sink and dishwasher as well as a seating area for up to eight people. The 6th floor space has a smaller kitchen area with a refrigerator, sink, ice maker and dishwasher.
Printing/Copy/Scanning Centers: Our space has three copy centers and all offices are linked to at least one copy center so that all members of the Collaborative Alliance Community have direct and convenient access for copying, printing and scanning. There is also access to a fax machine.
Unified Phone/internet/Wireless Access
Services offered by Collaborative Alliance include:
- A receptionist to greet clients, offer beverages and answer your phone in you company name
- Unlimited self-service tea and coffee
- Daily mail service and postage at cost
- Insurance of common areas
- Daily trash removal and vacuuming
The Future of Collaborative Alliance, Inc. Executive Suites
The demand for space in the Collaborative Alliance has been greater than expected. We added an addition in August 2006, expanded in 2009 and once again in 2014. We continue to monitor demand for space and may choose to expand again.
