Bonsai
The Bonsai Room is ideal for meetings of four to eight people, featuring floor to ceiling windows facing the Minneapolis skyline. It features a beautiful oak table, a projector and drop down screen.
Bamboo A & B
Our two Bamboo conference rooms feature floor to ceiling windows, large flat-screen TVs with full technology and a white board wall. This space has a movable wall that allows us to adapt the space to comfortably host meetings from four to twenty people.
Hearth
The Hearth room has an indoor fireplace, comfortable seating for up to 8 people and a 42-inch screen with full technology.
Willow
Our Willow room is a cozy consultation or interview room with full technology and a round table ideal for more intimate meetings of two to three people.
Serenity
Our Serenity Space is a small inner office for up to four people to meet in a more calming atmosphere with running water and soft lighting. The space was created in honor of Stu Webb, a colleague in our community, who was a model of serenity in the workspace.
Training/Event Room
All tenants also have access to a beautiful fully windowed training room which supports meetings and conferences for up to forty people and full technology. The training room also has access to a kitchen and is adjacent to the building vending area and lobby.
